Rotherham has the ambition to be a town where musical creativity is at the heart of every aspect of life. Rotherham Music, provides music education to more than 4,000 children and young people each week across a range of musical disciplines for both in and out of school education. Alongside its provision for children and young people the service also supports a range of community music programmes including Signals Festival and involvement in the Children’s Capital of Culture.
The service is seeking to grow its provision and is embarking on a new Saturday morning music centre from September and a summer school happening late July. We are seeking 3 Ensemble Leads with specialisms in one or more of the following disciplines to be part of this exciting new venture; brass, strings, vocals (pop choir) and piano/keyboard.
We are looking for a highly motivated and committed music educators, specialising in the disciplines listed above, to join our inspirational team.
