Title: Associate Recruitment Consultant - Recruiter

Location: Central London - Hybrid (WFH 2 days a week)

Base Salary: From £22,000 to £28,000 (Depending on experience or transferable skills)

Commissions: Uncapped

This Associate position is the entry point for a brilliant future in Recruitment

No recruitment experience is needed, and therefore full training and development are given, plus live mirroring of a senior consultant as a training partner.

Role Responsibilities & Training:

- To have gone through a 10 week one to one training program. To include:

- Full chat cycle (14 points)
- Negotiation skills
- Interview techniques
- Job taking
- Business development techniques
- To build a small portfolio of clients/job's (number to be agreed).
- Be able to hold a client meeting.
- Full understanding and use of Bullhorn (ATS)
- A working knowledge of the company and how it deliver's its recruitment offering.
