**The Role**

At the start of 2023, Talentful launched HIGHER, a community for Talent Acquisition, People Development and HR leaders to share ideas, content and drive innovation in the space. Since the launch, the community has grown to over 10k members, and launched the Talent100, a celebration of the best talent in TA leadership across the tech industry.

We’re now looking for a highly charismatic and strategic Editor, who will be responsible for creating a brand voice and vision for this community that spans premium reports, video franchises, podcasts, webinars, events, awards, education and more. Reporting to the co-founder, this person will represent the brand within our industry at the global level, and over time will become the face of HIGHER.

**What will you do around here?**

You will be responsible for
- ** Content creation**:

- Overseeing the content and editorial strategy including the creation of premium content reports for the community, podcasts, video franchises, events and hosting webinars to educate and inform talent acquisition professionals from across the globe
- ** Events**:

- Hosting and being an integral part of the development of in-person events, eventually at a larger scale
- ** Relationship building**:

- With press, prospects, clients & sponsors
- ** Commercial**:

- Work alongside the founder and sales team to develop offerings for sponsors and able to direct editorial knowledge toward commercial endeavors

**We'd love to chat with you if...**
- You have 5+ years of experience in content creation within the B2B media space, preferably with a focus on Talent Acquisition, HR, personal development or Tech
- You are comfortable with public speaking, and are highly networked
- You have a commercial mindset, with experience balancing this priority along with maintaining the highest of editorial standards
- You have multichannel copywriting expertise
- You’re a flexible self-starter with good communication skills, and a history of seeing projects through to completion
- You enjoy autonomy and being hands-on
