We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fencer to join our team. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining fences for residential and contract work

Construction background preferred

**Duties**:

- Install various types of fences
- Repair damaged fences by replacing boards, panels, or posts
- Measure and mark fence lines to ensure accurate installation
- Dig post holes and ensure proper alignment
- Set posts in concrete or other appropriate materials
- Attach fence panels or boards using hand tools or power tools
- Secure gates and install gate hardware
- Inspect existing fences for damage or wear and perform necessary repairs
- Collaborate with clients to understand their fencing needs and provide recommendations

**Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

- Proficient in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, etc.
- Strong carpentry skills with the ability to measure accurately and cut materials
- Familiarity with power tools such as circular saws and nail guns

**Salary**: £350.00-£450.00 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
