A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Admin Assistant to join my client's team in Kirkcaldy on a temp-perm contract going permanent after 12 weeks.

My client is a UK-leading vacant property & site security provider.

Duties would include managing a mailbox, dealing with complaints, taking calls from job queries from operatives, processing completed works and loading on current roles onto my client's system.

A clear training plan will be in place to further your skills and abilities which could lead to progression within the company.

£10.35 per hour

Based in Kirkcaldy but occasionally travelling to the Glasgow office for training so driving license is desirable.

Monday - Friday - 25 hours a week - 8am - 1pm

Start Date ASAP with work on an ongoing temporary contract for around 3-6 months when it will then turn into a permanent contract.

Weekly Pay every Friday working a week in arrears

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £10.35 per hour

Schedule:
