- To deliver Employability and Customer Service, entry up to level 2
- To motivate and inspire learners through differentiated learning
- To ensure all qualifications meet the awarding body’ standards.
- To ensure the quality of education is good in line with OFSTED’s EIF
- To develop and improve resources and curriculum where required
- To provide meaningful feedback to learners and key stakeholders
