**Responsibilities are but not limited to**:

- Welcoming visitors and clients, ensuring a great first impression.
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for management and project teams.
- Maintaining and updating company records, including contact lists and visitor logs.
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages.
- Providing administrative support to the human resources departments, assisting on new starter documentation i.e. Right to works / Criminal Record Checks
- Travel and hotel bookings
- Preparing meeting rooms and arranging food & refreshments
- Management and ordering of office stationery and supplies
- Reconciliation of credit card statements and invoices

**Criteria**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional and friendly telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and energetic pace
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- I.T literate particularly Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Golborne: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
