We are now looking for a Junior Sales Support Executive to join our busy team in Basingstoke This is currently a hybrid working role, so you would be able to work from home 2/3 days a week.

**Junior Sales Support Executive Responsibilities**:
This role supports our Sales Support Team in the sales cycle.They are involved in the whole order processing cycle: from quoting/order placing to invoicing, from a transactional point of view. They will help manage order processing within agreed lead timesand by taking a proactive approach to the process.
- Manage all order entry activities for global operations. Activities include, but are not limited to:

- Customer order management and system input
- Obtaining Approvals for order placement, stock, price, and credit release
- Order inquiries and follow-up
- Shipment scheduling and processing
- Customer contact
- Advance payment lines
- Maintaining Customer directories
- Responsible for order date management
- Manage open order reports from the warehouse.
- Ensures compliance with JSOX for the sales admin processes.
- Any other tasks as required to ensure the effective operation of the role and the whole department.
- Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues
- Frequent interaction with the Commercial Manager and Operations Team to agree on stock allocation and customer orders.

**Junior Sales Support Executive Requirements**:

- General level of good education, including Maths and English
- Computer Literacy including Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems would be an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to develop and maintain relevant product & software knowledge.
- Experience working in a busy office environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and numeric skills
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
