I am currently recruiting for an amazing property management company who are looking to recruit a Front of House Manager for one of their sites in Manchester City Centre.

With state-of-the-art offices, this role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is a proactive induvial and loves providing outstanding customer service.

**Summary of the Role**

The Front of House Manager (FOHM) will be essential in upholding the best-in-class service for occupiers and guests.

As a Front of House manager you will be responsible for activating and facilitating a warm, welcoming and memorable experience for our occupiers and guests. This highly relational role serves as the first point of contact for everyone coming in and out ofour building. Responsibilities include supporting the Property Management team with day-to-day operations, maintenance and having due regard to expenditure and current legislation.

Also a range of administrative front desk duties, covering booking management, mail logistics, wayfinding and acting as the first port of call for any enquiry, big or small.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Engaging with occupiers by giving everyone who enters the building a pro-active welcome, offering to make tea & coffee throughout the day, promoting in-house happenings (events, newsletter etc..) and fostering connections between occupiers.
- Working closely with the Landlord and Property Management team to create a tidy, safe and secure building.
- Trouble shooting and managing a variety of enquiries and were appropriate escalating to the property team
- Creating amazing social media content by capturing everyday moments
- Helping to drive new occupier leases by conducting tours of the building, handing out marketing collateral and supporting data capture campaigns.
