**Overall Job Purpose / Role Purpose:
**The Role
ATG Academy provides training, coaching and consultancy services to launch and support the growth of company products within the customer database. Through the delivery of its revenue generating services, ATG Academy showcases product capability in line with customer business objectives. Our infrastructure promotes flexibility in all roles to maximise efficiency and provide the ability to scale up when required.

Working closely with the Global Head of Academy you will learn our products, become competent with our systems and processes in order to offer cohesive, impeccable levels of service, build relationships and become a trusted advisor to the users of our products.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Actively learn the products that collaborate to form ATG Fusion.
- Lead development and delivery associated with NetDirector® Auto-e
- Identify opportunities for Academy revenue growth.
- Collaborate to develop new Academy assets to a high standard (PowerPoint, eLearning, Video, Word).
- Maintain existing assets for changes in features, functionality, and Corporate Identity.
- Deliver external and internal training in on-site, off-site, in-person and via webinar.
- Test software during asset development and prior to delivery of live training.
- Liaise with internal colleagues at all levels across departments to ensure successful deployment
- Follow Academy processes before, during and after training delivery
- Be responsible for information security and data protection and supporting the business in complying with any legal obligations imposed upon it through positive actions. **Technical Competencies**:

- Conversant in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Competent IT skills

**Required Experience**:

- Min 3 years automotive industry experience
- Min 3 years training and development experience
- Strong
