The Role
- Build a client base from scratch in a new area, away from London Colney - where the head coach is currently based.
- Deliver interactive one to one football sessions which engage players through improvement and enjoyment.
- Be proactive in finding opportunities for one to one sessions and group sessions.

As a Strive Football Academy coach you will:
- Plan creative, active and engaging football sessions for players of all ages and abilities.
- Deliver football sessions with enthusiasm, ensuring group and individual progress.
- Be prepared to offer feedback to clients.
- Form positive relationships with players, parents and clubs/organisations.
Person Specification
- Have experience coaching football.
- Be an FA or UEFA qualified coach, ideally at Level 2 or above.
- Be reliable, organized, flexible and willing to learn.
- Be available and flexible in regards to work hours.
- Be able to travel freely with a car.
- Have a current, clean DBS certificate.
Desirable skills
- Experience coaching both boys and girls
- Experience coaching both skilled (academy/pros) and beginner players
- Experience coaching in both a one to one and small group environment
- Good written communication
- Be enthusiastic and self-motivated
