**The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Hayes area. We are looking for experienced Van Drivers (CAT B) to join the team.**

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, start times between 5am and 7am (approximately 8-hour shifts on average) with occasional weekend availability.

**Pay Rate**: Monday to Friday - £12.12 / Saturdays - £14.25 / Sundays £19.00/ Bank Holidays - £19.28 per hour PAYE.

**Location**: Hayes, UB3.

**Job Type**: Temporary to permanent.

**The role**:

- Deliver and exchange entrance mats at various client locations, including retail stores, private hospitals, and schools.
- Collect used mats for cleaning and maintenance.
- Follow a preplanned route with approximately 25 stops per day.
- Ensure timely and efficient mat exchange at each stop, using a PDA to record the exchange.
- Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism when interacting with clients.
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
- Safely load and unload mats from the van.

**Requirements**:

- Full UK driving licence.
- Have at least 1 year of proven experience driving the relevant vehicle.
- No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Availability for early morning shifts and occasional weekend work.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Physical fitness and capability to handle waste containers.
