Position: Permanent, full time
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5.30
Location**:Hybrid model **- 3 days working from office (Castleford) and 2 days working from home
Starting Salary: Dependant on experience, Sales Incentive Plan and annual company profit bonus

Servers Plus is an IT solutions provider, supplying to B2B, value-added resellers, managed service providers, and system integrators. We work with leading IT vendors, specializing in server and core IT infrastructure. We actively stock over 1,400 SKUs in our warehouse in Castleford but we source over 10,000 products a year for our broad customer base.
We require an experienced Pre-Sales Executive to support the sales team by providing technical expertise and solution presentations to potential customers. The role includes general administration in line with customer sales transactions; however, it is primarily sales-focused. Alongside supporting the sales team, the Pre-Sales Executive will also work directly with new and existing customers to provide tailored solutions for their IT requirements.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the sales team with pre-sales quotes
- Build technical relationships with prospects and/or existing customers
- Ensure customers receive excellent customer service
- Handle inbound enquiries from existing customers
- Warm call as appropriate to ensure lapsed customers are re-activated
- Negotiate pricing and raise sales orders
- Contact prospective customers to promote products
- Revive dormant customer accounts
**KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**
- Technical knowledge of server technologies, network infrastructure, and cloud solutions
- Vendor accreditation & qualifications may include some or all of the following vendors: Dell, HPE, Cisco, Microsoft Azure
- Possess strong business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Self-motivated and driven
- Composed and confident telephone manner
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Team-oriented
- Computer literate - MS Office (intermediate Excel), knowledge of CRM platform formats
**IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Trade or technical experience is preferred - training will be provided
- Strong work ethic
- Strong relationship building, communication and negotiation skills
Pay: £24,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
