Reinstatement Gang

Kelly Group is currently looking to recruit the very best talent and have a unique opportunity for Experienced Re-instatament Operatives to join our expanding team.

**In your role you will be responsible for**:

- Reinstating excavations in the highway and complying with NRSWA Code of Practice 1991 and HSG47
- Reinstating on all different surfaces including:

- Cold and hot lay bituminous materials
- Concrete slabs
- Modular surfaces
- Concrete slabs
- Compliance with Specification for Reinstatement of Openings in Highways (SROH)
- Communications with internal and external customers and maintaining a positive, professional image of the Company.
- Working outside in all weather conditions and to strict timescales.

**We are looking for people who meet the following criteria**:

- Must hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points on your licence.
- Hold valid NRSWA street works Operative units LA to 08
- Competent in the use of mechanical Civils reinstatement equipment
- Self-motivated and flexible and have the drive to achieve the company and clients targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Risk assessment and hazard identification and a strong focus on Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental practices.
