Relief Security Officer

Job Introduction
Sodexo is hiring dedicated **Security Officers** in **Belfast. **If you are a vigilant professional with a commitment to safety and security, then we want you to be part of our organisation Join our team and contribute to maintaining a secure and safe environment for all
**What you’ll do**:
- Greet staff and visitors and ensure they adhere to the required security protocols
- Monitor premises to prevent rule infractions
- Conduct regular patrols, ensuring a visible and reassuring presence
- Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Complete details reports on incidents and observations
**What you bring**:
- You must have an in date SIA Licence
- Proven experience as a security officer or relevant positions
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
- Knowledge of basic security operations and procedures

Package Description
- **Relief Security Officer**:
- **Monday to Saturday - Days/Nights/Weekend**
**On day per weekend - 0600 - 1800, 1500 - 0100, 1800 - 0600**
- **Minimum 30 Hours worked per week**:
- **£12.55 per hour + Sodexo Benefits.**:
- **Full uniform and training provided**:
- **Free parking onsite**:
- **20 days annual leave increasing to 25 with service (Pro-Rata)
