**Daily duties:

- Our Client is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will contribute to the overall success of our operations._
**Responsibilities**:
- Operate a forklift to load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas
- Move materials within the warehouse using a forklift
- Stack and organize products in designated areas
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift and report any issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Assist with inventory management by accurately documenting incoming and outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as a COUNTERBALANCE Forklift Operator or in a similar role
- Valid forklift operator certification
- Proficient in operating warehouse management systems
- Strong knowledge of materials handling procedures
- Basic mathematics skills for inventory management purposes
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety protocols
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with the forklift
- Experience in shipping and receiving is a plus
