Philip Dennis Foodservice deliver a vast range of foods (butchery, fish, chilled, frozen and groceries) along with non-food goods to a wide range of sectors, including residential homes, schools, colleges, hospitals, pubs, restaurants, cafe's & takeaways to name a few. We looking to recruit an enthusiastic, energetic & proactive individuals to join our successful telesales team based at Roundswell in Barnstaple.

**Starting rate £10.00 per hour**

**Sunday Rate £15.00 per hour**

The job involves answering inbound calls and making outbound calls, accurately processing orders, up-selling additional products, special offers and dealing with customer queries.

You need to have an excellent telephone manner, be confident at selling and quick to learn in a fast paced environment. You will also have a friendly and outgoing personality and be able to work calmly under pressure. You will have good IT skills, along with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and be good at spelling. You must be reliable, flexible, a good team player and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
