Barford Primary School is a small, rural primary school on the outskirts of Norwich. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring Classroom Assistant who will work 1:1 or with a small group of children in one of our KS2 classes.

The post includes lunchtime supervision. Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.45am - 3.15pm

**We are looking for someone who**:

- will be kind and patient,
- has experience of working with children with additional needs or the ability and willingness to learn quickly.
- has previous experience of working with children in a school setting, preferably within KS2.
- is flexible, calm and enjoys working as part of a small team,
- has plenty of initiative to support the children’s learning needs and is able to work independently,
- has the interpersonal skills to develop positive and supportive relationships with children, staff, governors and parents and
- is committed to on-going training and development and enjoys learning.
