Client Accounts Assistant

Galbraith has an exciting opportunity for a Client Accounts Assistant to join its busy Client Accounting team in Stirling. The role is offered on a hybrid basis, following a period of initial training.
**Your New Role**
Key duties include:
- Processing rental receipts for a portfolio of residential lettings clients
- Processing rent demands for a portfolio of residential lettings clients
- Processing purchase invoices for both residential landlords and a multi-client rural portfolio
- Set up of banking transactions
- Bank reconciliations
**To be successful**
To be successful in this role you will have:
- At least 1 year’s experience in an accounting environment (essential)
- Prior experience of working in residential lettings accounts (desirable)
- Prior experience of Reapit property software or similar (desirable)
- Prior experience of Xero (desirable)
- Excellent excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence, be approachable and calm under pressure
- Superior organisational skills
- Superior attention to detail
Due to the location of the office, on the outskirts of Stirling, a car is essential. There is ample, free parking on site.
