The partners of a modern firm are looking for a Head of Immigration to establish and lead their Immigration team as the firm goes through a significant growth period.

**The Head of Immigration's Role**

The successful Head of Immigration will work to increase the existing client base and help to grow the department through building a strong team.

The Head of Immigration will work with a variety of immigration matters including a range of visa requirements, asylum, human rights, and business immigration matters. You will work, develop and support your team with and range of immigration matters.

**The Head of Employment**
- **Qualified solicitor in England and Wales**:

- **Proven Immigration Law experience**:

- **Keen on business development**:

- **Existing client portfolio advantageous but not essential**:

- **Strong communication skills**
