We have some exciting vacancies for composite laminators, working in our busy, motivated teams producing some of the industries Halo projects from Formula One to Automotive performance hyper cars.

**Key responsibilities / duties include**
- Day to day laminating and bagging of visual and structural composite components to the required production standards and targets.
- Supporting the Team Leaders in their roles as required.
- Responsible for maintaining good quality of components throughout its production.
- Working safely, liaising with Team Leaders to ensure all tasks are carried out promptly.
- Identifying potential problems in manufacture of components, to minimise delays/ errors in production.
- Flexibility required at being deployed throughout the composite department.
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the clean rooms and its associated work areas together with good Health & Safety practices at all times.
- Ensure SAP & time recording bookings are completed accurately and take corrective actions when necessary.
- You must have significant experience in composite laminating and the processes involved.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and to be flexible in the event of changing priorities.
- Ability to interpret drawings, technical specifications, or any required control documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
