Psychology Graduates are Required for immediate starts in a Secondary school in South Glos

Calling all Psychology Graduates in the South Gloucestershire area Are you a Psychology Graduate looking for work within your specialist field, and also working with young people?

Tradewind is currently working with a secondary school in South Gloucestershire that is looking for Psychology Graduates to work as Trainee Teaching Assistants on a 1:1 basis or in small groups with children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, LearningDifficulties and Autism. They are looking to recruit full-time Psychology Graduates to work on a long-term temporary basis, Monday to Friday from 08.30-3.30pm. These temporary positions could lead to contracts directly with the school for suitable individuals.Rate of pay starts at £70-£80 per day. We offer full preparation training so you will start on your first day knowing what to expect Full time or part time positions available

We are looking for:

- Strong Psychology graduates who want to gain experience working with young people with mental health difficulties
- To have experience working or want experience working with Special needs students or SEMH students
- If you prefer working with younger children, we also work with Primary schools in the area
- If you are looking just for a few placements to build your experience for your CV/Degree this work will be perfect too
- Calm, caring and strong individuals with a passion for working with young people with SEND

To join us and be successful in this Secondary Teaching Assistant role for Psychology Graduates in South Gloucestershire you will need:

- Experience working with children or young adults is preferred but not essential
- This position you will need an enhanced DBS disclosure, Over Seas Police Clearance (if applicable) and professional reference checks - At least 2 We can assist you with all of this
- Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be noted
- You must have legal right to work in the UK
