Responsibilities:
- Have an understanding of telecommunications
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform clerical duties, including typing, filing, and organizing documents
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
**Experience**:
- Educated on how to permit and the process involved
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Experience with data entry and using computerized systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
