**Job Title**: Spa Host
**Hours**: Full-time (40 hours per week), weekends included
**Salary**: £25,000 annually
**Commission**: 10% on products sold
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome spa guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Provide information about spa services, packages, and products.
- Coordinate with spa staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns throughout their visit.
- Promote and upsell spa products to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the spa reception area.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Uphold spa policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.
