HR Administrator

**Due to continuous growth my client based in Crumlin require a permanent HR Administrator.**
**Duties will include**:
- Managing/co-ordination of absence, assisting operational staff.
- Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.)
- Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Updating company policies and procedures and ensuring legal compliance
- Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel enquiries.
- Liaising with employees on queries about HR-related issues
- Processing of agency worker regulations forms.
- Assisting the business by providing relevant employee information, end to end recruitment process, personnel, attendance and fair employment.
- Facilitating training functions in the business
**Essential Criteria**:
- Previous experience working in an HR department ideally within warehousing and distribution industry
- Excellent communication skills
- CIPD qualification and PAMS experience are both desirable.
**Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience)**
