**The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust **(PAH) is looking to appoint a Smoking Cessation Advisor.

This post holder is responsible for meeting the objectives defined in the Tobacco Dependence Delivery Model defined by NHSE.

You will be expected to take an active role in the department, ensure that all Smoking Dependence data metrics for the Acute ward are obtained and delivered.

To support the mobilisation and delivery of the Tobacco Dependence programme.
