**Salary**

£24,000 - £28,000 (Negotiable) & Additional Fantastic Benefits and Perks & Progression Opportunities

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete finished product specifications and approve artwork in accordance with critical paths to facilitate successful product launches.
- Liaise with purchasing regarding identification and procurement of new ingredients / packaging
- Liaise with all departments on all aspects of new product development
- Present facts and ideas clearly and accurately to customers when required in a supporting role with the New Product Development Manager.
- Product set up and launch in accordance with company and customer requirements.
- Develop and innovate new products and processes with ownership of projects from concept to launch.
- To assist on all aspect of product development from project concept to product launch.

- **Experience in similar role is essential**:

- Degree educated - Is Preferred - Preferably in Food Science
- Passionate individual who can add value to a company
