**Draughtsperson**

**Rotherham based permanent work**

**Monday-Friday (40 hours)**

**£30,000-£35,000 (DOE)**

**Experience**:

- Experience with Solidworks
- Experience working for a material handling company would be ideal
- Understanding of basic mechanical design principals
- Be able to work well individually as well as part of a team
- Have excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

**Responsibilities**
- Take responsibility for and manage own workload
- Create drawings and models from both written and verbal specification 2D / 3D CAD packages (Solid works).
- Review drawings for completeness, accuracy and carry the correct stamps.
- Undertaking measurements and survey works from existing customer equipment and sites.
- Support sales with proposal costs and tender specifications.
- Ensure that projects deadlines are met.
- Participate in project meetings as required.
- Promote and maintain health and safety across projects, teams and the business in general.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
