Guinness Property provide repairs and maintenance services to The Guinness Partnership. Our national teams deliver rapid-response housing repairs, maintenance, and improvement services to ensure that our customers’ homes are safe and maintained to high standard.
**About the role**
Working 3 days a week - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Our working style is hybrid so you will work Wednesday in our Bower House office in Oldham & Thursday and Friday from home.
**About You**
We’re a customer focused organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You’ll not only be experienced in accurately maintaining financial information, you’ll also be able to demonstrate:
- Proven customer service experience.
- A commitment to team working and the ability to adapt to change and be flexible.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Good oral and written communications
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Desirable:
- Experience of month end processes.
- Experience of using Oracle Financials or equivalent finance system.
**Essential Qualifications**
- Level 2 Maths and English or equivalent
