**Job Overview**

We are actively seeking a highly motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our dedicated team. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. You should have outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage clients over the phone.

**Main Duties**
- Conducting outbound telephone calls to prospective customers.
- Creating a pipeline of opportunities within our CRM system.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross sell company products.

**Who we're looking for**

An ambitious and energetic individual with previous telemarketing or direct sales experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills are a must. It’s also important that you are self-motivated, able to work in a team and have a positive attitude.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a Telesales position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Result-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- **You must live in the WA area and due to the location, you must have a car.**
