Housekeeper

**CIM | Moor Hall**:

- We are recruiting for a **Housekeeping Assistant** to join our Hotel and Conference department.

You will be part of a busy Housekeeping team preparing our rooms to delight our guests and delegates.

**In this role, you will**:

- Clean assigned bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors and/or public areas of the hotel
- Ensure bedroom items are replenished after every stay
- Help with packing laundry
- Report any issues found in bedrooms, corridors or public areas
- Greet guests as you see them around Moor Hall
- Participate in training and strive to be the best you can be in your role.

**For this role, you’ll need**:

- Ideally, previous housekeeping experience however training will be provided
- A proactive approach and self-motivated as you will mainly work independently to meet targets
- Good people skills, greeting guests you see onsite
- You’ll be standards driven ensuring rooms are clean and tidy, ready of our guests to enjoy their stay
- To be a great team player, working collaboratively with your team
- To be reliable and security conscious, as you’ll have access to guest areas
