IVA Drafter

JT Maxwell Limited, is a boutique Insolvency Practice with offices in Lisburn, Lancashire and Derbyshire. We provide rescue and insolvency solutions to corporate clients and individuals throughout Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Due to continued growth we are seeking an experienced IVA Drafter to be based at our Lisburn headquarters.

37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

**Experience and Skills**:

- Proven IVA drafting experience
- Experience of using case management software
- Self-sufficient, with the ability to plan and manage own caseload
- Attention to detail with good numeracy and excellent written skills
- Team player
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proven planning and prioritising skills
- Able to work under pressure with accuracy and focus
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Databases
- Knowledge of insolvency rules and statutory requirements

**Education & Qualifications**
- GCSEs at grade C (or equivalent) or above in Maths and English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lisburn: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- IVA drafting: 1 year (required)
