Location: Aberdeen
PBS (Ponticelli UK) are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our team. This role works closely with and reporting to the Payroll Manager. The Payroll Coordinator is involved in all aspects of the administration of a payroll; queries resolution, pay preparation, payroll reporting pension and benefits management.
Details/duties:
- Ensures processing of the company’s payroll every pay period.
- Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes.
- Maintains payroll processing systems and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
- Ensures employee questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records are all answered.
- Manage Pension & Benefits schemes.
Qualifications/Experience required:
- UK Employment Law knowledge
- Team Player
- Attention to detail
- Skills in working with Payroll/HR
- Pack Office (incl. EXCEL) competencies
- Excellent communication skills, internal & external
- Ability to prioritise and organise high demanding work volumes within a fast-paced environment
- Mathematical skills
