**Graduate Executive Assistant**

**Financial Services Investment - x2**

**West End**

**Hybrid - 4 days in the office 1 from home**

**The Role**
- Provide support with detailed and complex calendar management
- Extensive travel coordination (both domestic and international)
- Work with Assistant teams across our global offices to schedule internal/external meetings
- Manage and submit expense reports in a timely manner
- Assist in on-boarding new hires on respective teams (i.e., scheduling interviews, communicating office policies and best practices, helping new joiners navigate the office and meeting rooms)
- Event planning for in house/off site team gatherings and client entertainment
- Assist with general administrative tasks
- Charity committee (produce newsletter, initiatives including charity of the month, PA duties for committee)

**The Person**
- Graduate
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is a must
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative capacity
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills and excellent follow-through
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, be resourceful, proactive and adapt to unexpected events
- Must have excellent judgement and be able to prioritise as well as multi-task in a deadline driven environment
