Due to continuous growth we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as an Industrial Relation Advisor at Hinkley Point C.

In this role you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive culture of employee relations across WJ and minimise disputes as much as possible through proactive consultation with the recognised trade unions. You will have strong communication skills and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

- Salary starting from £45,000 per annum - depending on experience.

- Shift pattern working 9 days across 2 weeks (Monday - Friday on week one then Monday - Thursday on week two)

**What we need from you**:

- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent fields.
- Significant Industrial Relations experience working in an industrial unionised environment.
- Professional Qualification - (preferably CIPD)
- Proven track record in large scale projects in the nuclear or similar regulated sector, including major EPC projects.
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Good Knowledge of working rule agreements such as NAECI.
- Politically aware - understands the multi stakeholder context in which the role operates and manifests a collaborative approach.
- An up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation.
- A positive and dynamic approach to challenges faced and ability to set high expectations.

**Site Specific Information**
- You must be able to provide a 3-year work history required for vetting process in line with HPC protocols.
- You must be able to obtain the HPC pass.
- You must complete CITB Operative HSE test before start.
- The site is located remotely and a bus journey of 45 minutes each way is required to gain access.
