Within this role as a Helpdesk Operative, you will be working on a dedicated Service Desk for the British Media and Telecommunications company, Sky. This can include the below responsibilities:

- Logging faults into CAFM system Maximo 7.6. Capturing all relevant information to ensure Engineers and Sub Contractors action requests in a timely manner.
- Working on 2 x Phone lines, answering Switchboard calls redirecting customers or transferring between colleagues and Helpdesk calls for circa 50 Commercial buildings reporting Property related faults
- Support the Engineering team with proactive chase ups
- Assigning all Reactive requests and Planned Maintenance tasks.

Additional notes:

- Good understanding of Microsoft Office 365
- Working patterns can change between 08:00 - 17:00, 08:30 - 17:30 or 09:00 - 18:00
