We are seeking kind-hearted individuals to help support and lead our team as a Team Leader. This role is centered around assisting older adults in their own homes, offering them support and companionship, and helping them maintain their independence with dignity and respect. We are currently seeking a Team Leader, to be responsible for a variety of tasks that help to maintain a high quality of support to clients and care assistants.
Full-time position with a requirement to work some weekends and evenings on a rotational basis, Various working hours can be discussed to suit your lifestyle and commitments, Full-time guaranteed contracts are available.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Alton. This role is perfect for someone who wishes to make a significant difference in the lives of elderly individuals by providing them with the support they need in the comfort of their homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with routines, providing companionship, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our clients to enjoy their evenings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Transport your client to appointments, run errands such as picking up groceries or medications as well as accompany your client on outings and social activities** A driving licence and access to reliable transport is required to support those in rural areas.**
- Assist clients with their routines, including personal care tasks including assistance with daily routines, getting dressed, etc.
- Prepare nutritious meals, adhering to any dietary restrictions.
- Provide companionship, engaging in conversation, and participating in activities that clients enjoy.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure clients' living spaces are clean and comfortable.
- Offer medication reminders and assist with mobility.
- Ensure a safe environment for the client, addressing any immediate needs or concerns.
**Hours**:
Full-time position with a requirement to work some weekends and evenings on a rotational basis, Various working hours can be discussed to suit your lifestyle and commitments, Full-time/Part-time and Guaranteed contracts are available.
