Come and join our ever-expanding team of clinicians here at George Eliot Urgent Care Centre. We currently have a range of Emergency Nurse Practitioners, Nursing and AHP Emergency Care Practitioners delivering high quality care. Our ECP service offers autonomous clinicians who can assess, diagnose, and treat in the community. We work in synthesis with the wider Emergency Department, working to avoid A&E admissions.
You will work closely with clinical colleagues to promote good working relationships with all members of the multi-disciplinary team. You will lead by example and act as a role model within the Trust, working collaboratively with colleagues, managers and matrons and ensure effective communication within the team. You will be required to work as part of a skilled team to support and provide safe, clinical and effective clinical care. You will be expected to provide a holistic, patient-centred approach to planning care and undertake a range of clinical duties.
