**Export Sales Administrator**

Are you an experienced Export Sales Administrator looking for a new challenge?
Our client, a passionate toiletries company renowned for their beautiful products and wonderful ingredients, is seeking a skilled professional to join their fast-paced Sales Admin Department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process export orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to customer and country requirements.- Manage end-to-end order fulfilment, from receipt to delivery, providing exceptional customer service.- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address inquiries related to customers' orders.- Coordinate shipments and deliveries, negotiating with freight forwarders for optimal rates.- Prepare and handle export documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.- Collaborate with the warehouse and 3rd party logistics companies for seamless operations.- Provide support and coverage for the UK Sales Admin team**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Comprehensive knowledge of Incoterms and familiarity with post-Brexit requirements.- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.- Proficiency in dealing with freight forwarders and transport companies.- Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and accuracy in order processing.- Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills.- Highly organised, a team player, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.- Exceptional administrative, time management, and organisational abilities- Experience working in export sales support experience in a similar environment.Ready to Take Your Career to the Next Level?
