**Position Overview**: We are looking for a dynamic and versatile General Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys a fast-paced retail environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our emporium, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to our fun and lively atmosphere, all while promoting our luxurious accommodation options.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude. Provide information about our offerings, answer queries, and ensure a positive experience, especially highlighting our luxury accommodations.
- **Sales Support**: Promote and book luxury accommodations for customers.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the store’s performance.
- **Event Participation**: Support in-store events and promotions, ensuring they run smoothly and enhance the customer experience.
- **Problem Solving**: Address customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- **Administration**:Assist the General Manager with Day-to-Day Admin tasks as and when required

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a team environment.
- Knowledge of luxury accommodation and the ability to promote and sell such offerings is a plus.
