**The role**
- Answer telephone calls and direct to relevant teams/colleagues in a professional, effective and timely manner.
- Prepare quotations on client request
- Follow up on quotations sent
- Support the Commercial team in all contract administration;
- Raising sales invoices in line with company deadlines
- Raising purchase orders
- Sub Contractor invoice queries - Liaise with stakeholders until resolution
- Order goods, materials and services to support the smooth running of operations
- Keep the compliance folder up to date and audit ready
- Ensure maintenance of internal software to ensure all records are up to date
- Assist with contract management administration, such as, sub-contractor questionnaires, providing reports on live contract and update status

**About you**

As a Facilities Co-Ordinator you will need:

- To be highly organised, methodical and have confidence to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Have a background/knowledge of the construction or facilities management industry.
- To have strong MS Office skills and a confident user of Excel
- The ability to work well under pressure
- The ability to follow company set processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stockport: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Facilities Co-Ordination: 1 year (required)
- Administration within Facilities Management: 2 years (required)
