We are looking for a Debt Outreach Caseworker to join our team.

The role will involve:

- Providing an effective and efficient generalist advice & specialist debt service at outreach locations across Ynys Môn
- Offer advice/support/referrals to clients who present at the outreach
- Provide Welfare benefits advice, and support to access
- Strong telephone and communications skills are required. Your role will involve evaluating and responding to clients queries. Full Adviser training will be given
- Experience of Information Technology is essential.
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to drive and access to own vehicle (with business use insurance)
- Ability to communicate in Welsh
- Qualified Citizens Advice generalist advisor or experience in the advice sector

**Location**: Holyhead/Llangefni/Amlwch Citizens Advice Offices & Community outreach locations on Anglesey

**Hours**: 37 hours per week - 5 days per week (job share considered)

**Salary**: £25,480.00 per annum / £2,123.33 gross per month

Closing date: 12th April 2024

Satisfactory completion of 6-month probationary period required
