The Operational Assurance Team are responsible for supporting and managing risk and assurance for all Operational Teams (HR & Payroll, Customer Services, Finance and Procurement) in line with Departmental Risk Registers and Risk and Control Frameworks.

We have a fantastic opportunity for two Quality Assurance Administrators to join the team following a number of internal promotions.

The key focus of the role is to ensure effective independent Quality Monitoring, First Line of Defence (FLoD) testing and compliance of processes to provide assurance and support the delivery of a quality service, ensuring that core controls are monitored.

To do this role well you will need:

- A good working knowledge of administrative processes i.e., Finance, HR & Payroll, Customer Services, Procurement
- Ability to analyse and present numerical data
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present and feedback information effectively
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise own workload
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical approach to solving problems

This role would be perfect for a highly efficient and experienced administrator with excellent attention to detail and communication skills, looking to build on their existing experience within a supportive and flexible organisation.

In return for your skills and experience we can offer you flexible and remote working options for a 37hr week with start and finish times between 7.30am - 9.30am. We have a hybrid working model which offers flexibility; some of the team work remotely from home, only coming into the office once a week and some of us prefer to be in the office more often.
