At **Ixworth Dementia Village **our Care team are required to support our residents who have dementia with maintaining their independence, dignity, and active daily living and being champions in these areas. At Leaf Dementia Villages we aim to keep our residents safe and well in living as normal as a life as they can with the support from our trained caring care team

Duties can be including supporting with daily personal care tasks, including our residents in activities one to one and group. Promote independence safely. Ensure our residents living areas are clean and tidy, attending washing and laundry for our residents. Assist those who need support with eating and drinking and maintaining health. Following care plans and keeping factual records is a key responsibility of our care team.

**Job location and working hours**

Working pattern: Shift work covering 24 hours a day 7 days per week.

Night shifts 7pm - 7am/ 10pm-7am

Day shifts 7am - 7pm or a selection of hours in between to suit the needs of the home

Split day shifts 7am-3pm / 3pm -10pm

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.00 per hour
