We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Braunstone, Leicester, working the day shift (1800 - 0600) 4 on 4 off. We are paying an hourly rate of £13.28 with overtime available. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks including training, upskilling and access to the XPO University.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Daily operation of Counterbalance FLT, some double handlers (training will be given) and general warehouse duties
- Picking and palletising goods
- Pallet wrapping all goods once picked
- Safely operating our equipment

**What you need to succeed at XPO**:

- Valid and in date accredited Counterbalance licence
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Ideally double handler experience
