**WHERE YOU WILL BE BASED**:
You will be based in our site in Chatham (ME4 4SW)
**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**:

- Transport planning experience is essential
- Active General Haulage experience
- Proactive/Dynamic Planning experience
- Positive, enthusiastic, dedicated and able to fit into a busy productive transport environment
- Good understanding of UK geography
- Great communication skills
- Able to work and communicate effectively in a busy environment

**WHAT WILL BE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITES?**:

- Proactive same-day transport planning
- Working closely with the central planning to finalise next day’s plan.
- Reporting all lates and fails to customers/depots
- Debriefs
- Booking on jobs of ad hoc customers
- Morning ETA reports
- Checking all EDI jobs come through
- Reviewing the trailer check daily
- Ensuring returns/rebooks are processed and chased
- Ensure all shot loads found on site are logged on engage
- Manage trailer issues
- Accept work on BlujayD&A testing...
