Job Introduction

Sodexo Live have an amazing opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Sales Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team at the Kent County Cricket Club.

You will manage all Conference and Events enquiries to Sodexo Live standards, and ensure quality management of data using CRM and venue management systems. You will be a high performer in re-active sales co-ordination and have the ability to identify customer needs and arrange and provide a service to match them. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the end to end life of enquiry from researching the opportunity through to proposal quotation booking and confirming in a professional and timely manner
- Build lasting relationships with clients through creating an exemplary customer experience by gaining and recording insights and therefore encouraging repeat business and referrals
- Manage data quality by ensuring 100% compliance on all CRM/Momentus Priava systems
- Exceed targets by providing customers with a motivating and exemplary sales experience
- To develop existing accounts and engage with them to increase their commitment.
- Manage sales enquiries through venue bookings inbox
- Prepare and issue contracts and invoices for all sales in line with Sodexo Live standards

***THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**

You will have previous experience in a customer focused role and be passionate about providing excellent client experiences and building working relationships with internal and external clients. You will enjoy a challenge and have previous experience of delivering measurable sales targets.

- Good IT skills
- The ability to demonstrate excellent verbal & written communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure and deliver measurable sales targets
- Excellent time management and organisational skills in order to prioritise various job demands
