But what does an Aftersales Advisor (Customer Relationship Manager) actually do? You will be responsible for excellent customer service, providing a friendly welcome to customers and ensuring that their vehicles are booked in, managing details and communicating with then, and maximizing the sales of workshop hours, additional aftersales products and services; providing the type of service that ensures that customers return to the business for future service and sales.

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will gain a Level 2 Customer Service NVQ.

**About you**

No formal qualifications are required but you must be literate and numerate. Modern logistic support processes and systems are highly complex, and you must have a desire to become a first-rate member of the Team and have a thirst for knowledge. You should also be prepared to learn Maths and English, with a specific emphasis on the industry.

**Desired skills & Qualities**

You should be computer literate, well organised, able to deal with different types of customers, follow instructions and think logically; working in a busy and fast paced environment.

**Training to be provided**

With mentoring, support and monitoring whilst at work, combined with residential training, you will gain the knowledge and skills required to achieve the qualification from working with some highly skilled professionals.

**ENTRY REQUIREMENTS**

Age: 16+ Prior Attainment: GCSE (or equivalent) grade A*-C or 9-4 in Maths and English.
