To provide administrative and business support to all relevant IOM departmental tasks and communications. To ensure ongoing integrity/update of relevant systems and maintenance/tracking of the IOM cohort numbers in line with IOM National compliance.

To undertake any other reasonable administrative or business support function within the Offender Management & Intervention Hub as required.
- To assess, record, update, cross-reference and signpost all incoming information in relation to IOM offenders on the IOM Scheme, maintaining departmental accuracy. To include own decision making to prioritise escalation of risk areas, and the allocation of relevant tasks to manage risk identified. Systems to include, Niche, PNC, PND, Qlik.
- To be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for ID-IOM Offender Management PNC linked system, for Northamptonshire Police. To include maintenance of the IOM cohorts on the system ensuring national compliance with the IOM scheme.
- To manage the GPS tracking system for IOM and MOSOVO. To be responsible for the full set-up for persons wearing devices through liaising with the offender managers. To maintain the departmental resilience, ensuring that equipment is sufficient and in full working order. To monitor and investigate relevant alerts, updating offender managers and Niche crime system where appropriate.
- To work closely with identified partner agencies to ensure accurate information exchange and recording to ensure the most effective management of offenders. To include being a point of contact and resilience for the IOM team to link partners to current information. Partners including, but not exhaustive of, Probation Service, Substance to Solution, Department of Work & Pensions and Local Council.
- To ensure attendance at weekly IOM partner meetings, logging of all relevant information and actions resulting from these meetings, to record this information and/or intelligence on relevant systems and allocate to offender managers for action.
- To complete full research of prospective cohort members proposed for the IOM scheme, to include a review of the offender’s previous police/probation involvement and composing of the CSS (Crime Severity Scoring). To produce this information to partners at selection panel.
- Act as a Force Local Point of Contact for the IOM Cohort of nominals on the ViSOR system, the national tool for the monitoring of Violent and Sexual Offenders, and any registration matters and intelligence based information/requests. Also must ensure that the VISOR National Standards are complied with and any changes in the system are relayed to the Department/s.
- To perform ViSOR administrative tasks under the direction of the ViSOR SPOC as agreed by the IOM DS.
- Interrogate court systems, and the Prisoner Intelligence Notification System (PINS) to locate offenders whilst they are in the Courts and Prison system. Update IOM/MOSOVO and external partners with any noted instances, new sentences, court dates, release dates etc.
- To Co-Ordinate and structure IOM attendance at MAPPA meetings. To act as a point of contact for MAPPA colleagues, to ensure correct storage of meeting minutes and to ensure MAPPA actions are tasked to the relevant officer.
- Supply and maintain statistical information on a monthly basis or as required. This includes processing Freedom of Information Requests and be the regional strategic lead on IOM performance data implementation (Qlik).
