**Senior UX Designer**
**Tasks**:

- Collaborating with the research team to plan and conduct remote and on-site user research and usability testing with real users to ensure the end-product design provides users with the optimum experience in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and engagement
- Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes and user flows using specialist tools such as Axure, InVision, Marvel, OmniGraffle, Visio and Sketch, as well as the Adobe product suite
- Redesign or create mobile apps that are easy to use and configured appropriately for smartphones and tablets

**Qualifications**:

- Computer Science/IT based degree required
- Knowledge of designing onboarding flows (specifically, registration and login)
- Product designer who is competent in both UX and UI
- Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt communication approach depending on the audience (e.g., senior management, software developers, product managers/owners)
- Experience managing projects independently which should include not only the organisation and time management of a project, but also the ability to clearly communicate concepts and findings to stakeholders (including product and technology)
